The Loring-Restoule region has some of the best snowmobile trails around. If you are looking for unparalleled access to some remote riding, with wilderness galore, you have come to the right place.
The Argyle Riders Snowmobile Club services the areas of Golden Valley, Arnstein, Loring and Port Loring. They are a club that is committed to the development and maintenance of a safe, quality trail network for the benefit of all snowmobilers.
The Argyle Riders are busy out on the trails with stakes & grooming machines to ensure smooth riding. Our snowmobile clubs create ideal riding conditions by removing overhanging limbs and debris from the trails and going over them with a groomer. These volunteers work hard, and are the heart and soul of what makes for an enjoyable ride.
Whether you are looking for day trips with the family, doing a small loop, big loop, or creating your own trail tour with a group of friends; you are sure to enjoy the breathtaking wilderness that is the Loring-Restoule Region.
We are a region of warm people and places where new faces are welcome and the adventure of the trail is shared openly. If you are looking for a place to refuel, have a warm meal or accommodation overnight or for the week there is something for everyone.
Please make sure your sled is licensed, insured and is displaying a current valid permit from the OFSC in order to use the trails. Permits can be purchased online; don’t forget to mention your Argyle Riders Club! To ensure the trails you’re planning to ride are open, use the OFSC Interactive Trail Guide.
While in this neck of the woods, enjoy the Lion’s Den Winter Carnival and the Argyle Riders Poker Run. These fun events both take place Saturday February 7th 2015. The Argyle Riders also host an end of summer celebration called Cornfest each year that attracts as many as 800 people for good food, great music and fun events to benefit the club.
